Per aiutare gli allevatori italiani di ovini da latte a rispondere a questa domanda, i partner di LIFE Green Sheep hanno pubblicato quattro schede di riferimento CAP&#8217;2ER\u00ae basate sulle valutazioni ambientali delle aziende in Sardegna (dati 2021). <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"four-sheets-one-toolbox\">Quattro schede, una cassetta degli attrezzi<\/h2>\n<p>Le schede fanno parte della &#8220;cassetta degli attrezzi&#8221; del progetto (<em>Cassetta degli attrezzi<\/em>). Una presenta i risultati medi delle 102 aziende italiane valutate con CAP&#8217;2ER\u00ae; le altre tre presentano i risultati per ciascuno dei principali sistemi di allevamento individuati: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/life-green-sheep.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Italy-Syst-last.pdf\">Italy Syst last<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/life-green-sheep.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Italy-system_high-stocking-low-purchased-feed-systems.pdf\">Sistema Italia_sistemi ad alto carico di bestiame e basso utilizzo di mangimi acquistati<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/life-green-sheep.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Italy-system_Productive-high-input-systems.pdf\">Sistema Italia_sistemi produttivi ad alto input<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/life-green-sheep.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Italy-system_Pastoral-lower-stocking-systems.pdf\">Sistema Italia_sistemi pastorali a basso carico di bestiame<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ogni scheda combina indicatori tecnici (resa di latte, prolificit\u00e0, uso di concentrati, giorni di pascolo, consumo energetico) con il bilancio ambientale dell&#8217;azienda: emissioni di gas serra, stoccaggio di carbonio, consumo energetico, biodiversit\u00e0 mantenuta e numero di persone nutrite per ettaro. Una colonna vuota consente agli allevatori e ai consulenti di inserire i propri dati e confrontarli con i valori di riferimento. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"a-tool-for-advisers-and-farmers\"><strong>Uno strumento per consulenti e allevatori<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Questi valori di riferimento alimentano l&#8217;osservatorio europeo delle prestazioni ambientali e di sostenibilit\u00e0 costruito da LIFE Green Sheep.
