- [Promoviendo la innovación en un rebaño tradicional de raza Latxa: la ganadería de Iker Sukia](https://life-green-sheep.eu/es/promoting-innovation-in-a-traditional-farm/): Iker Sukia gestiona el rebaño heredado de sus padres y produce y comercializa queso Idiazabal DOP en la propia explotación. Con el apoyo de los servicios de asesoramiento de Lurgintza, está mejorando la genética de su rebaño trabajando junto con otros ganaderos dentro del programa de mejora genética de la oveja Latxa. Además, está mejorando la gestión del pastoreo tanto en los alrededores de la explotación como en los pastos comunales de montaña.  
- [Promoting innovation in a traditional Latxa flock: the farm of Iker Sukia](https://life-green-sheep.eu/promoting-innovation-in-a-traditional-latxa-sheep-farm/): Iker Sukia manages the flock inherited from his parents and produces and commercializes Idiazabal PDO cheese on-farm. With the support of the advisory services of Lurgintza, he is improving the genetics of his flock working together with other farmers within the rest breeding scheme of the Latxa sheep. - [Un rebaño lechero innovador en una granja-escuela: Las Cortas de Blas, Valladolid, España](https://life-green-sheep.eu/es/las-cortas-de-blas-valladolid-espana/): Ricardo Miranda y su familia, gestionan este rebaño lechero de unas 750 ovejas Assaf y 150 has, que funciona también como granja escuela y colabora habitualmente con ITACYL – Instituto Tecnológico Agrario de Castilla y León. El manejo de la granja se basa en el pastoreo y el aprovechamiento de los recursos forrajeros disponibles, además de la transformación en queso en la propia explotación de parte de la leche producida. Dentro del proyecto LIFE GREEN SHEEP, han comenzado a implantar la gestión rotacional del pastoreo y han instalado paneles fotovoltaicos para reducir la huella de carbono de su actividad.
- [An innovative dairy flock within a school-farm: Las Cortas de Blas, Valladolid, Spain](https://life-green-sheep.eu/las-cortas-de-blas-valladolid-spain/): Ricardo Miranda and his familiy, manage this dairy flock of around 750 Assaf sheep and 150 has, which also runs as a school farm and usually collaborates with ITACYL – Instituto Tecnológico Agrario de Castilla y León. The management of the farm is based on grazing and the utilisation of the forage resources available, plus on-farm transformation into cheese of part of the milk produced.  Within the LIFE GREEN SHEEP project, they have started implementing rotational grazing management and have installed photovoltaic panels to reduce the carbon footprint of their activity.
