Pe 30 mai 2024, Roberto Ruiz, de la NEIKER-BRTA, a participat la reuniunea grupului de lucru din sectorul produselor lactate al Platformei tehnologice Food For Life Spain (PT4LS) a Federa\u021biei spaniole a industriilor alimentare \u0219i a b\u0103uturilor (FIAB). Reuniunea a avut un format mixt, cu participarea unui total de 38 de persoane reprezent\u00e2nd 27 de centre, companii \u0219i institu\u021bii, fie \u00een persoan\u0103, fie online. Printre alte subiecte, secretarul general al platformei a reamintit modificarea unora dintre liniile de interes ale grupului de lucru prezentate \u00een Agenda strategic\u0103 2021-2022, inclusiv „Dezvoltarea de m\u0103suri pentru atenuarea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de ser\u0103 (GES)”, „Dezvoltarea de procese \u0219i produse cu o amprent\u0103 ecologic\u0103 sau de mediu redus\u0103, \u00een principal carbon \u0219i ap\u0103” \u0219i „Dezvoltarea de tehnici candidate pentru a deveni noi BAT (Best Available Techniques) \u00een produc\u021bia de alimente \u0219i b\u0103uturi”. \u00cen special, Roberto Ruiz a prezentat proiectul LIFE GREEN SHEEP, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu obiectivele, echipele participante, metodologiile etc., cu un accent deosebit pe rezultatele preliminare ob\u021binute pentru amprenta de carbon \u00een sectorul ovinelor de lapte din Spania. <\/p>\n
