Vineri, 31 octombrie 2024, a avut loc \u00een Sardinia \u00eent\u00e2lnirea anual\u0103 cu Adunarea General\u0103 a Consorzio Agnello di Sardegna IGP. Este un eveniment important \u0219i a\u0219teptat at\u00e2t de lumea rural\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i de industria\u0219ii lega\u021bi de acest sector. Cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, se discut\u0103 bugetul Consor\u021biului, iar directorul Alessandro Mazzette explic\u0103 rezultatele economice ob\u021binute \u00een ultimul an. Gabriella Serra \u0219i Marco Acciaro (AGRIS Sardegna) au fost invita\u021bi s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 despre proiectul Greensheep, care implic\u0103 mul\u021bi dintre fermierii Consorzio Agnello IGP. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Marco Acciaro a rezumat rezultatele ob\u021binute \u00een urma utiliz\u0103rii software-ului Cap2er (nivelul 1) \u00een 104 ferme de oi de lapte (ferme demonstrative), \u00een special emisiile brute, stocarea carbonului \u0219i amprenta medie net\u0103 de carbon a acestor ferme. El a discutat despre posibilitatea de a clasifica fermele demonstrative \u00een intensive, semi-intensive, semi-extensive \u0219i extensive prin intermediul unui indice compus. \u00cen cele din urm\u0103, a prezentat rezultatele \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te emisiile brute, stocarea carbonului \u0219i amprenta net\u0103 de carbon a diferitelor tipuri de ferme de oi, precum \u0219i factorii care determin\u0103 aceste emisii. <\/p>\n

Gabriella a explicat cum, prin aceste ac\u021biuni, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 reducerea impactului asupra mediului al produc\u021biei de ovine, fermele au produc\u021bii mai eficiente, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a rezultatelor economice. Apoi, a prezentat c\u00e2teva cazuri concrete prin simul\u0103ri ale ac\u021biunilor de atenuare realizate cu Cap2er. <\/p>\n

Interesul pentru ambele prezent\u0103ri a fost ridicat, iar discursurile care au urmat au subliniat modul \u00een care rezultatele proiectului Greensheep pot constitui un instrument suplimentar pentru a valorifica produc\u021bia de ovine din Sardinia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
