Iker Sukia manages the flock inherited from his parents and produces and commercializes Idiazabal PDO cheese on-farm. With the support of the advisory services of Lurgintza, he is improving the genetics of his flock working together with other farmers within the rest breeding scheme of the Latxa sheep. In addition, he is improving grazing management either around the farm and on the communal mountain pastures.
